Sole Fish
Description
Otherwise known as ‘Double‐Lined Tongue Sole’, this is a tropical species indigenous to the Indo-Pacific region, where commonly found in shallow waters on a muddy or sandy bottom of the ocean shelf. The largest species reaches 35cm (14in) in length. Peak season is September – March.
