Bombay Duck
Description
‘Bummalo’ or Bombay Duck is one of the fishes, which is abundant off the West coasts of India. Its bones are soft and chewable and is a delicacy, especially in the Western Indian State of Maharashtra, whose capital is Mumbai/Bombay, hence the name Bombay Duck.
