Golden Pomfret
Description
Golden Pomfret is more commonly found in the market than the rest of the Pomfrets. The fish is highly prized in the Pacific region because of its unique taste. It is best fried when frozen, and has a white meat, firm texture, and a lovely sweet flavour.
