Reef Cod
Description
Reef Cod (also known as Brownspotted Grouper) is a variety of fish whose texture and taste are very similar to Cod. It is found in abundance in Southern India, mainly Kerala and has flaky, white succulent flesh, delicate in flavour and a resilient texture. This is one of the largest coral dwelling fish and changes its body shades according to its surroundings.
