Indo‐Pacific King Mackerel is also known as Kingfish or Seer Fish. It is available as steaks or whole. Their raw flesh is greyish, due to its high fat content and they are ideal for broiling, frying, or baking. Kingfish has a high commercial value for their firm texture and excellent flavour.
