Chinese Pomfret is a single-boned, seawater fish and is deemed to be the best tasting pomfret, with its soft texture and naturally sweet taste. Found in the Atlantic, Indian, and Pacific oceans, they are cooked fresh and are either fried or steamed without a strong odour of aftertaste.
