Mini Idli with Sambar
Description
The perfect bite-size idlis dipped into a hot vegetable sambar is the perfect combo to serve for breakfast or lunch. Idlis are white coloured, round & convex shaped and have a spongy, soft and smooth texture that comes in the flavour of fermented rice and urad dal.
Sambar is a lentil-based vegetable stew, cooked with peas and tamarind broth. It is popular in South Indian and Sri Lankan cuisines. The flavou consists of dal, spices, tamarind, and coriander leaves.
