Idiyappam with stew
Description
Idiyappam is very popular in South India and Sri Lanka where they are known as 'string hopper' - a steamed dish made with rice dough pressed into noodles, woven into a flat disc-like shape and steamed.
The meaning of stew is 'to slowly cook food'. Our vegetable stew is finished with thick coconut milk. Our stew is flavourful of vegetables, ginger, curry leaves, black pepper, garam masala and coconut oil.
